Details:                 The Guest Services Assistant is responsible for providing customer service to passengers and the general public, both on the telephone and in person.  Guest Services Assistants may work in two locations within the airport, including the Information Center located in the terminal lobby and The Club at Blue Grass Airport, an airport-operated executive lounge located in the concourse area.  In both locations, the Guest Services Assistant will answer simple to moderately complex questions from the general public regarding air travel and the airport’s services.
